Order Acceptance 

On completing a purchase from this website, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions, which are in addition to your statutory rights. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions and retain a copy for your records. Please be aware that our terms and conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.

 

Pricing

The final price of the goods, inclusive of all relevant taxes payable in Ireland, will be presented to you upon placing your order, and will be quoted in Euro. Please note that the cost of shipping will be added to your purchase upon selection of your chosen shipping or delivery method and is not included in the initial price quoted.

 

Payment Information / reservation of proprietary rights

You are obliged to pay a minimum prepayment value of €1,000 (incl. VAT). The ordered saddle will only be released into production after the pre-payment has been made and then the terms of delivery begins. The purchase price is due upon invoice, at the latest upon delivery of the saddle. The saddle will remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

Unavailability of Goods

In the event that we are unable to supply the goods ordered, we will promptly notify you and no charges will be incurred. If payment has already been made, we will immediately refund the full cost, including any applicable postage charges.

 

Delivery Times

For orders within Ireland and the UK, delivery of Rev Saddles will be made within 8 weeks of the order being placed. Delivery times for other locations will be provided upon entry of location details during the order process. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

All text, images, and other materials found on the Rev Saddle website are either the property of Martin Ryan or have been provided by relevant owners or suppliers. These materials may not be used for any purpose without written approval from the relevant owner, supplier, or author.

 

Goods Damaged in Transit or Incorrectly Sent

Upon receipt of your delivery from the courier, please ensure that you have received the correct goods and check for any damage. If there are any discrepancies or damage to the goods, please make a note of it on the delivery note. It is important to open the parcel and carefully check the contents immediately. If you find any goods to be damaged or incorrectly sent, please inform us within 2 working days of delivery.

 

Warranty and Maintenance

The Rev Saddle has undergone rigorous testing and is covered by a two-year warranty for the tree under normal use. The soft components are made from high-quality leather and premium synthetic fabrics. Leather components require appropriate care and should be protected from extreme temperatures and moisture. They should be cleaned using a soft, damp, non-abrasive cloth. Under normal use, leather and synthetic components come with a one-year warranty. 

 

Returns / Refund Policy

Our policy for returns states that any damaged or incorrectly sent goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for replacement, the goods must be in their original packaging with all tags still attached and must not be soiled or used. Before dispatching the goods, customers are advised to take photographic evidence. To send back the goods, please ensure that they are well packed, clearly labelled, and include a copy of the despatch note. Our return address is:

Please note that we cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs to the goods during return transit. 

 

If the sold saddle is a custom-made saddle adapted to the individual needs of the customer and the horse, a full refund is generally not possible. In the case of a custom saddle, this amount shall be €1,000 (incl. VAT). In the case of a ‘change of mind’ for all saddles, a refund will be less any shipping charges already borne by us.
